Mark on Mark

Earlier this year, I did this chat with Mark McGuinness for his MA project on Coaching in the Creative industries. And now he’s posted it on his stimulating blog. Have just listened back to it and – embarrassment aside – think we ended up talking about some really important applications of HERD stuff to management theory. It’s funny how an open conversation can lead you anywhere if you’re ready to follow it.

But if you get bored with me wittering on, then there’s loads of other far smarter folk than me in the archives and lots of neat stuff. (Mark’s got this great thing for enthusiasm, which I suspect has shaped Granty’s ‘enthusiasm’ concept – below).
