The magic of technology

This – the Manchester Report – is a great initiative. Loads of new ideas for getting us out of the climate change.

That said, what strikes me is how few of them rely on us changing human behaviour – curious how appealing a bit of izzy-whizzy scientific magic is, even in this context.
