When will those in the music and film industry learn that the old models are falling into the sea? Has no-one been listening to what's happening in the real world? It's like the owners of Pre1914 Russian Imperial Bonds in 1919: your money's not coming back!

And whose stupid idea was it to get ISPs to be the watchmen of rights owners? Is this a real proposal or is it just a sop to keep the rights owners schtumm? Because – let's be clear – this isn't going to get the the money back

And finally: calling it Piracy is a great way to encourage the thing you want to discourage….
