A bank being useful (?)
Josh points out (via Twitter) this great ING consumer manifesto.
Most banks and financial institutions are keeping their heads down – hoping to get by, hoping not to get caught out. Some, I know, are preparing reassuring messages of solidity and trustworthiness to beam at us all over the next few weeks
