Today’s new rule of interaction

Mass behavior is the result of rule-based interaction of largely unthinking agents. Like this for birds or this for humans.

If you want to change the behavior of a group of folk you might start by proposing or highlighting a new rule for interaction.

So it’s great that Seth’s blog suggests a really simple new one for all of us to use in our interaction: a 4 letter acronym.
